Personal Time Manager is both a time schedule manager and a time sheet manager wrapped in one. It can remind of your time schedule, keep track of your time, and take charge of your interruptions.
You can use it to schedule every activity in work. With two managers combined together, you can keep track of time easily. Just execute a schedule, it will auto-create a time log to track your time in a task. During tracking, you can input interrupt in a task, it will auto-calc your efficiency. You can write summary, or ideas any time, and export it to a report later. That'll make your project report easy. Besides, it can export a beautifully report about your time usage.
Personal Time Manager provides two kinds of charts to analyze time schedules, and four kinds of charts to analyze time schedules; it provides different views in each chart for analysis. With these charts, you can make better schedules, and make better understand of your time distribution, about future, also about past. You will know how much time have been spent on important things, emergent things and different tasks, when is your energetic time, and whether your time is used or planed rationally. What's more, you can export any of them to your report, and make future analysis of your time usage efficiency.
